Laundry Instructions
Woolen and Blended Washable Products:
Always wash in warm or cold water. Never use hot water. Follow the manufacturers instructions. You may spot clean heavily soiled areas with full strength Kookaburra prior to washing.
Machine wash: Top Loading Machines: Measure 1-2 FL OZ for a large load and half the quantity for a small load or Front loading machines. Use gentle or woolwash settings.
Hand Wash: Measure 1 TSP to 1 Gallon of cold or lukewarm water. Rinse with cold water.
Drying: If machine washing, spin dry then allow to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. If hand washing, do not wring . Air dry.

Silk and Rayon:
Hand Washing Silk: Check for color fastness. Measure 1 TSP to 1 Gallon of lukewarm water. Spot clean heavily soiled areas with full strength Kookaburra and soak for 15 to 20 minutes, squeezing gently. Rinse and squeeze excess water out; roll in towel and squeeze. Iron while damp with a medium hot iron.
Hand and Machine Washing Rayon: Check for color fastness. Follow instructions for wool. Iron when nearly dry or with a damp cloth.

Delicates
Hand Washing Antique Lace: Always wash in warm or cold water. Never use hot water. Handle Antique Lace with care. Measure 1Tsp Kookaburra woolwash and sheepskin shampoo for each Gallon of lukewarm water. Soak the item for 30 to 45 minutes, squeezing gently from time to time. Rinse with cold water and lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
Hand Washing Delicate Lingerie: Always wash in warm or cold water. Never use hot water. Measure 1Tsp Kookaburra woolwash and sheepskin shampoo for each Gallon of lukewarm water. Soak the item for 20 to 30 minutes, squeezing gently from time to time. Rinse with cold water. Polyester items will dry virtually wrinkle free if hung soaking wet.
